Monte de Gozo, Camino Santiago

From the summit of the Monte de Gozo, the pilgrims will catch their first view of Santiago de Compostela.  Now only the last few moments of the pilgrimage are left.

 Apart from joy, how is one meant to feel?  Perhaps triumphant, excited to complete the long walk.  Maybe a faint regret, premature nostalgia for the memories and friends made along the way. 

It’s hard to say, all there is to do is put one foot in front of the other and finish this remarkable journey.
