The
Atlantic Forest is composed of layers of canopies supporting a diverse
collection of ferns, mosses, and epiphytes (plants that attach to trees).
The
forest is home to more than 20,000 plant species, and new varieties are continuously
being discovered. Some of the beauties
here are: Bromeliad, Heliconia with a hummingbird, Ginger Torch and Purple Glory
Tree.
