Framed by the Worm’s Head on one side, a hermit’s old island on the other and a range of tall sheep-dotted hills across its length, Llangennith Beach is probably the most famous spot on the lovely Gower Peninsula.
Though
popular with surfers, families, campers and walkers, the vastness of the beach,
especially at low tide, means that even on the sunniest school holiday weekend
there’s always a quiet spot.
